By downloading or using ClapList, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

ClapList provides tools for planning video shoots, managing equipment, and receiving location-based reminders. You are responsible for the content you create within the app.

ClapList uses AI to analyze travel plans and generate shot suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may require manual review and editing. AI credits are consumed per analysis and are non-refundable.

AI credits are available for purchase through Apple In-App Purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Credits do not expire.

Location-based reminders require "Always Allow" location permission. ClapList uses geofencing to notify you when you are near a planned shooting location. You can disable this at any time in Settings.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

ClapList is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed shots, incorrect AI suggestions, or any damages arising from use of the app.
